Hello Everybody! 

I am just beginning to delve into Real Estate Investing. I'm 21 years old with a desire to create a legacy of financial freedom for myself and my family. 

A long-time friend of mine have decided to start a business, a partnership, with the goal of investing together. We have assumed the name Legacy Capitalists with the concept that we are utilizing the capitalist system available in the United States to purchase, sell, and hold Real Estate as a vehicle to create a legacy of financial freedom for ourselves and those we love. 

Right now, I'm interested in learning about:

• Getting into long-term buy & hold deals with little to no capital
• Wholesaling
• Building a power team
