Some of my questions may be repeats from other forum members and sorry about that if they are.  I am very interested in finding out about inforrmation on-family opportunint mortgage-, Any information would be so appreciated.

Also Finding houses is so difficult, We live in Northeast IL and by the time we find a house, we go to look at it and its under contract. I live in a very sought after area. Any ideas on how to locate houses quickly.
