I am a SGT in the USMC Reserve and I work for the Federal Bureau of Prisons. I am a single father to an amazing lil boy. I have been researching investing in multifamily homes for years and trying to buy my first unit by the beginning of 2016.  I am here to learn from everyone and to better myself in this field with knowledge.
