New member from Brazil lookingfor oportunities in Orlando Florida
Hello.
My name is Yatyr Moreira Cesar (yes, it is a different name) I am an attorney at law in Brazil and I am going to invest some money in Central Florida, at first, my target will be Orlando.
I am doing my homework and will study for some time, that's how I found your forum. I am reading some materials and listening to some podecast.
I do have a lot of questions related to tax, so, if anyone could point me to some basic instruction (forum topics or podcast), that would be great.
Thanks.

Learning about tax is a great first move seeing you're a foreign investor. Eric Odum did a podcast a while back on foreign investors if I remember correctly it was focused on Canada but it might be a good start for you. His podcast is called InvestFlorida.
