Investor / Wholesaler - Diving in with a 3 year plan

Hi Everyone, 

New to BiggerPockets. My friend and colleague started to show me the ropes with buying and renting not too long ago. He himself hasnt been doing this for too long and already has over 20 houses! Its a fast paced business, thats for sure. It didnt take me and my wife long to realize the potential that this business has to offer. We set a goal to rent out 30 units in 3 years to start bringing in that passive income. Within the 1st 2 weeks of setting our minds to doing this, we are closing on our 2nd house. Everyone i talk to is telling me to check out BiggerPockets. So here we are. We're hoping to grow a large network of investors / contractors / wholesalers. Looking forward to doing business with you.
