Hi, Everyone. My name is Johanna. I am working on getting my real estate license.

In two weeks I am taking the school and the state exam. I am so excited  about it. 

I want to become a real estate agent and an investor as well. I am interest in learning about the wholesaling strategy and focus in the single family and multifamily houses niche. 

I love real estate business because it can give me control of my future, freedom, I don't need any money or credit to get started, I can resolve problems, create solutions and get paid very well for it...I know that real estate business is not easy but I know as well that it's not impossible..
