hi,  even though we have rent property we are still very new!  we are interested in buying a few properties a year to hold and rent.  i got my real estate lis. because when i was buying our first rental property and we wanted a good deal:)  i ask our agent to show us several properties and she seemed annoyed that i didn't pick one easily, so i went and got my lis. in two weeks, looked and bought my own:)  we need to learn how to work deals ( we do have some money to put down) how rental properties can help with our taxes.  i am sure there is much more i need to learn that i don't even know i need to learn:)
