Hey everyone I am re entering the bigger pockets website. I deleted my profile some months ago. Kinda Just after passing my real estate exam. January 2016 to be exact is when I passed. I started working for TSA a week later and got lost in that life for a little. Working 3am-noon was killing me; I put a hold on that for the summer (June 2016) to get my mind right. I'm looking into starting my real estate career (investing and being an agent).. I don't want my license to go to waste. What are the best tips for beginners? Young, ambitious beginners? 22 and eager...tired of putting my passion aside. I do uber and lyft on the side. Plan to go back to TSA part time when I have a clear mind. 3am-9am shift won't hurt me as much as the 3am-noon lol
