Hi everyone!

My name is Liz Rodriguez, I'm from Dallas, Texas and 25 years old. I just recently got my real estate license in December. I work for Advanced Locators, in Uptown. I grew up with real estate, my father owned his own remodeling company and flipped homes, also had around 50 rental properties. I am ready to dive in and follow his footsteps. I'm more interested in flipping. I'm hoping to learn a lot from this site and all the vets out there :)

As far as the remodel part of the flip, I'm confident with that area. I more so have a lot of questions about the beginning of how to purchase the first home, loans vs hard cash etc etc. I'm looking forward to everything I need to learn! TIA
