  My name is Bryan and I have been a member of the site for about a year but have just recently started to use all the tools within Bigger pockets.  I really enjoy the podcasts and used the motivation to close on my first duplex and look forward to finding the next deal.  If anyone is in the Juneau area, I would like to meet for coffee so that I can get to know others in the real estate community.
