Hi my name Ed and am new to BPand real estate investing . I'm currently living in Southern Oregon and am learning about house hacking and house flipping with the great information provided here on the site. I am eligible for a VA loan and am looking for some advice on how or if I may use it for either of these strategies? Thanks
