Hey all!

     I'm a 30 year old business owner who is getting started investing in real estate.  I currently own a 8,000 sf commercial property (owner occupied by me), a 74 acre farm that I purchased last October, and am working on closing the deal on my first single family rental.  

     Chances are I'll just be lurking and learning, see you around!
