Hey everyone! My name is Jacob. I am originally from Wyoming, and moved to Texas after joining the military. I recently separated, work a full time government contracting job and started a small business. I am currently looking for my first deal and am trying to learn everything that I can about real estate. I am interested in buy and hold real estate but still have yet to define my niche. I look forward to meeting and learning from you all.
