Hello community. I'm completely new to investing in real estate. I currently work in the Healthcare IT field but would prefer to face the challenges and rewards of the real estate business. Im interested in owning rental properties as well as flipping houses. Currently, I'm trying to educate myself as much as possible about the business before making my first transaction. Which brings me to this website that I found while doing research. Since I've been really enjoying the podcasts I decided to join the community.
