Hello all! Wanted to introduce myself to everyone.  I am back in NYC after a two and a half year hiatus to Tennessee. I am definitely interested in networking and most importantly right now building a buyers list for the entire state! Seems a lofty goal but I have access to foreclosures in almost all NY counties that will be of interest to buy and hold investors.  Looking forward to establishing a presence here!
