Hello everyone! 

I'm fairly new to the Charlotte, NC area and am looking to start and grow a lucrative real estate business. Currently conducting research on investing in buy and hold properties in the area as well as vacation homes. Also seeking to obtain my real estate license in the near future. Looking forward to learning from the BP community!
