Hello everyone. My name is Markiece Breeding. I am completely new to the real estate and investing business. I work in the corporate world and I'm really looking to learn and appreciate how to make passive income. I have been interested in this industry for quite a while. I didn't pull the trigger because I thought it would be too overwhelming. I have and am listening to podcasts and looking into buying some books on flipping homes and multifamily 4-6 units. Definitely looking forward to networking and meeting some really great people.
