Interested in learning more about buy-and-hold / cashflow investing, probably small projects to start.  I just bought a condo in Manhattan, which triggered my interest in looking at possible investments.

I also rent out a house in Cincinnati, Ohio (where I grew up), which has produced a decent cash flow.  I might investigate other properties in that area since I'm starting to understand that rental market.  I've also lived in Los Angeles, so I have some understanding of certain neighborhoods there also.

I'm a very analytical person, and very good with financials and spreadsheets -- my day job is management consulting.

Please let me know if there's anything I can help with! Happy to answer questions.
