Hello to the BP community!

I'm Sydney Scott and I'm a just starting off in the REI industry. Here's my story.

I planning a long-term investment in a residential property in the rural areas of Sydney. Ideally, I would buy a parcel and build my own house from scratch, but I'm also looking at already built houses which can undergo a quick renovation.

I own a small 60sq.m Federation house in a low-equity area which I plan on keeping to get a better loan offer. I'm also looking at properties in Sydney which I can flip and sell for a higher price. Of course, I'm fairly new to the industry and my plans are currently at stage Alpha.

My current industry of development is nature conservation. My flexible schedule allows me to explore the REI sector more thoroughly. I'm managing green campaigns for small and medium-sized companies in Sydney and currently working with a large home cleaning service provider which gives me a better look at the demands of my target group for property flipping.

BP offers by far the best guides and instructions for REI and I'm happy to join the community and learn.
