Hello everyone! I'm new to this whole world, I have had a SF unit for almost 2 years now. Looking to do a BRRR coming up in a couple of months. I have been thinking about not using bank financing for this project by using private money or hard money. Not sure about particulars at the moment due to the big "non-RE" project that needs to end to allow my focus to be where I need it to be. Hope to be on here much and successful in my endeavors.
