New Real Estate Investor from Richland, WA

Hello all,

I am new to Bigger Pockets and new to real estate investing. I am in my late twenties and I work as a mechanical engineer. I am in the education and planning phase and cannot wait to secure my first buy and hold rental property. The markets in which I have lived and am familiar with do not make the best rental markets, therefore, my plan is to invest out of state through a turnkey real estate investment company. My focus will be on mid-western cities such as Indianapolis or St. Louis. I plan to start by acquiring single family homes and duplexes.

My am pursuing buy and hold investing is to create passive income for my young and growing family and ultimately create legacy wealth for generations to come.

I look forward to becoming a part of the BP community!
