Hi there!
Hello everyone! I'm 26, and a college student with a full time job. I moved to Detroit 3 years ago, and heard about wholesaling. I figured it would be a good hobby to do on my days off to gain real estate experience and have fun. I like doing stuff like this, because I pride myself on being able to make deals...my mother always told me I should be a lawyer. Haha! :) Anyways, I like challenges, and this wholesaling idea is a challenge in itself. Any advice would be appreciated!
