Hi, I'm new to this site and looking at continuing my education and looking for opportunities and great markets with the best returns. 

My wife and I recently got into real estate investment and we are working on our third unit. 

We are a young family trying to build passive income and freedom to spend more time with our three young boys and have the experience to teach them what we are learning.
