New & Growing in N. Texas

My wife and I are in our infancy of real estate investing, but we have received some good mentoring and have been studying different strategies over the last 24 months.   We live in a great real estate economy in N. Texas (DFW area).  We have our business plan and team in place and looking to acquire 5 new buy/hold properties in the next 18 months, 5 fix and flip, and also will wholesale to generate investing cash flow.   We are planning to use the fix/flip and wholesale strategies to generate cash for buy/hold investing.   We will make mistakes (already have), but looking forward to contributing the community! and learning as we go!
