Hey guys just wanted to introduce myself. I'm new to the website but have been listening to the podcast for about 2 months. I flipped a couple houses about 10 years ago and still have a rental from back then. Thanks to bigger pockets renewing my interest, I'm going to get back into real estate investing. I actually have a bid on a foreclosure right now. I look forward to reading posts and getting all the info I can absorb.
