Hey everyone, I am new to the site and looking for information on how to go about financing a house flip.  I have tons of construction experience and I am looking to get into the flipping business.  About 15 yrs ago I was a full time contractor who specialized in taking rental homes that were battered and bruised and getting them ready to sell.  I did this in the Levittown PA area for a local investor and now I would like to try flipping them on my own.  Sadly my old partner passed and I left the business behind.  I am really looking to connect with others and gain knowledge on how to go about getting involved in Real Estate investing.  Thanks!
