Hello Investor Community. My husband and I have regular jobs plus manage the other side of our duplex, and a triplex which is inside an IRA. We are members of Northwest Real Estate Investors Association and our county's Rental Owner Association. Looking for a single family with an additional dwelling unit to be managed as a nightly rental.
