Hi everyone! My name is Javan Greeson and I'm getting started here in Denver. I've had my real estate license for about six months and am starting to market for deals by driving 4 dollars and sending letters. I'm mostly planning on whole-tailing, flipping, and BRRRR investing but am excited to see all of the different ways there are to invest. Thanks for welcoming me to the community.
