Hey BP!

I'm a new real estate investor in Philadelphia and have been soaking up as much knowledge as possible for the last 3 months. I've joined the REIA group (DIG) and have attended a few meet ups to network and learn more about investing here.

I will be focusing on wholesaling and flipping single family homes and duplexes, and also get into buy and holds in the near future.

I started my first direct mail campaign 2 weeks ago, sending out 300 yellow letters to probate and absentee owners to select zip codes in Philadelphia, Bucks and Montgomery Counties. I've put in a few offers and also connected with some helpful real estate agents. I'm also really curious about targeting landlords and learning more about lease options. There's just so much to learn!

I'm looking to build a team in Philly, and also connect with people actively wholesaling and flipping in the area. I realize how important marketing is, so my goal is to learn and implement some low to no cost strategies to get the leads rolling in.

Anyway, I'm looking forward to networking on BP! I have tons of questions, so I'll be exploring the site some more and posting questions in the forums.
