New Investor/Rehab Consultant from Katy, TX
I am interested in learning new strategies to employ in both personal and Quest SDIRA investment opportunities. I have much industrial construction experience and have been fortunate to participate in the construction coordination of a few recent residential rehabs/flips.
My initial investments will target "Buy and Hold" and "Flip" opportunities in "Single Family" real estate products. My goal is to build a 25-30 unit rental portfolio in the next 2-3 years while enjoying an occasional flip when it makes sense.
"Duplex", "Quad", "Multifamily", "Commercial", "Residential", "Private Lending" and "Partnering" investment opportunities are areas of interest, but admittedly require additional study/education.
Glad to be here and eager to receive/respond to any comment/inquiry/offer/advice.
