My name is Kim Andry. I am new to real estate investing and my father and I have recently started an LLC in Corpus Christi, TX. My initial goal in real estate is to build a business flipping houses. I am having to start with wholesaling to build capital for flipping. My ultimate goal is to have passive rental income. As a cancer survivor experiencing complications, I am needing to replace my income and also keep all those doctor bills paid off.
