Good Evening:

In the last 5 years, I have been reading a lot of blogs about financial independence, and I have learned that renting properties can help me to achieve it. I learned about Bigger Pockets from these blogs.

l just finished paying all my debts, including my mortgage, and I am willing to explore the possibility of renting properties to reach my goal of buying my freedom; however, I do not know anything about real estate, except the basic course and some articles I found in Bigger Pockets.

My situation is the following: my husband is a handyman, I am good with numbers and keeping track of stuff, we both have good credit scores, we have no debts, we are both currently working full time jobs, we have don't have a lot of money saved. We hope we can do something with what we have.

I have heard a lot of great things about Bigger Pockets and its members, and I would appreciate any advise that can help me start my journey in real estate.

Very excited to be part of this community,

Morayma
