I am moving to Raleigh, NC to start a new job and also be re-united with my wife and son. I am leaving Austin, TX which has been my home for the last 15 years.

I want to start investing in multi-family rentals in order to build wealth. I hope to learn a lot about real-estate investing through BP. I have purchased a home for myself in Austin, TX and now another in Raleigh, NC. So that's the extent of my real-estate experience.

Thanks for the warm welcome. I'm tied up in the moving process over the next few weeks but once I settle in I'd be glad to meet over lunch @Nathan Bost and @John Upperman
