I found Bigger Pockets a few months ago and have been a Podcast addict. Any chance I get I am either listening to an episode, reading a book, researching, whatever I can to gain as much knowledge as possible to build my own investment business in the future as well as be an asset to others. I currently am a real estate agent and have another job as a mechanic/electrician to pay the bills which as soon as I can make enough money with my real estate commissions and/or investments I will leave it. I am obsessed with real estate and cannot wait to do it full time. I am currently researching how I can house hack a triplex in my area with a va loan, move out of my primary residence and rent out that as well. Episode 163 with @billallen got me thinking about using my va loan as well as my future wife's va loan to our benefit. I think this will help me get into the business and start gaining practice investing experience. Glad to finally make my presence known on the forums and I hope to meet experienced investors that I can learn from and network with.
