Greetings fellow colleagues. My name is Mike Ceci from Huntsville, Alabama. I have been working on Real Estate investing for the last 3 months. My father and I have purchased our first flip property, which is about 2 weeks away from going back on the market (pictures to be uploaded when finished). We are currently looking for our next investment property to flip in North Alabama. My goal as an investor is to create a plethora of wealth for my family and to do something I enjoy. I attended a seminar in Birmingham back in late February and have been intrigued ever since. The Bigger Pockets podcasts have really helped bridge any doubts or fears that we have had in the last 90 days. We have so much to learn and are always open and welcoming to new ideas and techniques to expand and grow our business.
