Greetings fellow colleagues. My name is Mike Ceci from Huntsville, Alabama. I have been working on Real Estate investing for the last 3 months. My father and I have purchased our first flip property, which is about 2 weeks away from going back on the market (pictures to be uploaded when finished). We are currently looking for our next investment property to flip in North Alabama. My goal as an investor is to create a plethora of wealth for my family and to do something I enjoy. I attended a seminar in Birmingham back in late February and have been intrigued ever since. The Bigger Pockets podcasts have really helped bridge any doubts or fears that we have had in the last 90 days. We have so much to learn and are always open and welcoming to new ideas and techniques to expand and grow our business. @Michael Sato - Thank you .... We are finding that there is a lot of competition in this market as there are properties that are only on the MLS for 1 - 3 days max before they are sold..... Any ideas on how to be the "first guy in line".... Find the deals isn't hard it's beating the others that are apparently better and or have an inside track to these properties.

@Tom Ott - I am currently looking for Flips in this area.... I wouldn't mind finding a view rentals for my investment portfolio however I am limited to liquid capital so CASH offers are not as easy for me at this time.
