Hello BiggerPockets Community!  My name is Chris and I'm located in the northern Pittsburgh area (Gibsonia / Richland Township).  I'm very new to real estate investing, but I'm excited about the possibilities.  My goals are to gain some experience in flipping some properties and I'd like to start by...uh...flipping a property!  I'm very interested in opportunities that would be in the $75k range (price of property + rehab).  I'm hoping to learn enough this summer that I can purchase and rehab a property and even get it relisted before the EOY.
