New Member from San Antonio

Hello BiggerPockets Family,

I am a new real estate investor in the San Antonio area. I moved here from Del Rio, Texas 9 months ago. These past few months of learning and networking with wonderful people of the real estate world has been amazing, and something that I never would have saw myself doing before being exposed. My goal is to assume financial freedom within the next 3 years to live life to the fullest helping family and friends see another side of life, and helping them as well as myself to reach our full potential financially. These past months I have attended seminars, workshops, and joined several REIAs in San Antonio establishing myself as a real estate investor. My main objectives are to wholesale and reach the level of buy and hold to create streams of cash flow. I currently use direct mail marketing and driving for dollars as techniques for finding properties.

I am currently looking for a mentor to help guide me through to achieve my first deal. I am here to network, learn, and make this a full time career within the next 3 years.
