Hello everyone. My name is Jim Proctor and as you can see from the topic I am from Steelville, Missouri. I owned several apartment buildings and SFH's about 10 years ago and I wish to get back into the business. I am looking to build my own houses with the intent to hold into retirement. Any advice is welcome.
