Newbie from Minneapolis / St. Paul, Minnesota

Hello, my name is Kory Kennelly, and I am just getting started in real estate investment. My plans are to invest in possible flips or small single/multifamily rental properties in the Minneapolis/St. Paul greater metro area starting within the next couple of months.

For the last year, I’ve been doing tons of self-education through BP podcasts, reading the heavily suggested books, and am starting to network around my area.

My wife and I own our house in Eagan, Minnesota (A suburb of St. Paul), and are raising are two boys (ages 4 and 1). I work my day job in the IT industry doing consulting and project management.

I look forward to being active in the Bigger Pockets community, and learning fromfellow real estate investors and hope to share my experiences as well.
