Greetings,  my name is Nicky Reed and I am a local investor in the Richmond, Va area. I have about 15 years in the real estate sector and I am looking to get into wholesaling. I have been lurking on bigger pockets for a while now and wanted to take my business to another level and felt that this website could help me do that.
