hi,
i'm richie. born and raise in brooklyn, ny. this year been living in n.e.pa for half my life (23years). home owner for 5years.
i'm 'an old newb' because i've been wanting to invest in real estate for over 25 years:oops: but never knew the 1st step in doing so... and still don't know.
i want to some day relocate to florida(hate winters) and guess that's where i would want to start to invest, but from pa.
but just 1 question...H O W ...lol

looking forward to any help and advice anyone has to offer.
