I am from Durban South Africa, I am a full time property investor doing buy to let, wholesaling and flips.

Have been reading this forum for some time and following the USA property scene for many years. I am interested to see how things unfold Re the sub prime melt down.

At some point I will be interested to buy in the USA myself but like any new market its about finding the deals and in buy to rent a good rental managing agent..
