Hi! My name is Zach Rodriguez and it's a pleasure to be a part of the Bigger Pockets community. Over the last six months, one of my colleagues started to teach me about Real Estate Investing. I have a handful of years remaining in the service and would like to pursue REI as a way to transition out of the service later on down the road. I have zero experience but am interested in all things real estate, My personal focus so far has been on flipping, buy and hold, and multi-family. I will be new to the area and am looking for a mentor, contacts (contractors, wholesalers etc.), and a community to plug into when I get there later this year. I'm eager to learn and share with all of you.
