Hey everyone, 

I'm Jacob and I'm new to the site and new to real estate investing as well. I have my bachelors degree in Environmental Sciences and I'm looking forward to flipping a couple of properties with "green" in mind if it makes sense financially. I currently live in the Virginia Beach area and I plan on conducting a lot of my investments in the local area to start. I plan on flipping my first 2-3 properties to build up some cash for some rental investments down the road. I plan on being here for the long haul to build up some additional income and investments for my families future. I look forward to learning and working with some on you in the future!
