My wife and I are RE investors who live in Appleton, WI with the majority of the properties we own in Green Bay. I'm writing this post to introduce myself and to network with other RE investors and realtors in the Fox Valley area. We primarily invest in multi family properties and are currently interested in land contract deals and/or deals in which the seller is willing to finance all or a portion of the down payment. However, we have an open mind and anything is possible as long as it cash-flows!
