New member from Spring Hill, TN

Hi BP community. My name is Joel, and I live in Spring Hill, TN, just south of Nashville. I am an engineer currently working in China, so I am back and forth between TN and China, and I am looking to get started in REI. I just finished reading HOLD and the beginner's guide on here...tons of information.  Right now, I am working my way through all the podcasts and discussions to learn as much as I can.  I am super excited to get started buying and holding investment properties in the Franklin, Spring Hill, Columbia area of TN.  I look forward to meeting and interacting with many of you.
