New to the game.

Hey guys names Jesse..I'm 28 from new castle, pa

I've been around the real estate game for a little while my father owned a real estate buisness buying rental properties on the side (part time). It's something I've always been into..so I have his support in this. I work full time swing shift!..:( but I'm looking to get into flipping, and picking up some long term rentals on the way!..my father and my aunt were partners but split sold most of their rentals and kept 2 a piece. My dad is giving the properties to me..so they will both go into my LLC. This hasn't happened yet. But I don't have anything to invest at this time!. But looking to start flipping, and even renavating homes!..idk if to wait it out and just borrow against the properties he's gives to me?..or go through some OPMs to start my flipping!?..these are all things I'm slowly trying to learn on my journey and these forums & blogs are helpingI am learning a lot more from reading on here and doing a lot of research! I'm so happy I found this site!..thanks guys

@Dave Visaya I plan on it!..:) I've been on it for about a day!..and I am already learning!..thanks a lot!..I hope to learn a lot more!..for awhile I just felt like it was a dead end!.as far as how to jump in to it!..yes some was fear..fear of failure I guess!..but mostly I felt like I had nobody to answer a lot of my questions Ect..I mean I have my father but he can only help me out so much!.. Thanks again for replying I feel like now I have support just from a simple response!..
