The traveling therapists settling in Seattle!

Hello BP,

My girlfriend and I are deciding to give up the life on the road and settle in Seattle. We are also eager to begin investing in one of the top markets in the nation. We have traveled in our 5th wheel for the past 3 years and are looking to live somewhere besides a RV park. During our travels we have acquired 2 cash-flowing rentals in Norman, OK, but we want to accelerate our real estate investments to get us to financial freedom.

We are looking for a live-in flip, house hacking opportunity with a SFH or multi-family, or possibly a property that would allow us to rent our 5th wheel while we live in the house. (Not likely with the HUGE yards in Seattle). We are in the process of securing financing which has been a pain due to our line of work as contract therapists.

I am loving learning on this site and through the podcasts that I listen to daily. I look forward to networking with some great members to learn even more about other opportunities!

Cheers,

Josh Setterbo
