New Real Estate Investor NW Suburbs of Chicago

Hi Everyone!

I'm very excited to join BP.  I've been reading several posts and have learned a lot already.

A little bit about me.  I'm relatively new to real estate having just received my Illinois Broker License in February, closed a few deals and I am now looking to start investing.  I do work full time in corporate America, so do want to phase that out in the not too distant future.  As far as investing, I'm leaning towards buy/hold, but am not opposed to other opportunities.

My plan is to continue to educate myself and then when that first deal comes along, jump into it and hit the ground running.

If there are any investors in my area of the NW suburbs of Chicago that are willing to give their insights, please let me know.  Happy to buy the first round of drinks.  If anyone else is looking for a real estate agent in my area, please do not hesitate to reach out as well!
