This is my reintroduction due to being locked out of the account I originally made.

Hi Bigger Pockets community,

Well first off, my name is Kevin Martinez. I've been shadowing the website for a couple months now reading forums, listening to podcasts, and doing the educational courses. I finally decided to create my account and introduce myself to the great community here. I am currently in the Hampton Roads area. Specifically, Newport News. I'm also in the Navy right now, but my wife and i are working on building our business now so that when my time comes(about two years) to separate from the military it will be a smooth transition. My wife and i are both extremely motivated with our recently developed passion in real estate. I plan on attending some REIA meetings in the near future, like PREIA and TRIG. I am hoping to connect with people in the Hampton Roads area and build long lasting business relationships. I am currently seeking to build my buyers list as well as finding wholesalers in my area, so feel free to contact me any time! Also, i am looking to build my team so if anyone has any recommendations to attorneys, RE agents/brokers, contractors etc. it would be greatly appreciated!
